Not at all! But again it really depends on the style that you're wearing it in.

But if you're going to go for a more Liz Lisa type style then I'd suggest knee high boots. They'd look great with the cream skirt if they were a milk chocolate brown color.

I think "bad lace" is okay for gal clothes. Of course not if it's horridly scratchy but the majority of lace on gal brand clothes looks bad quality but is actually nice and soft.

Plus I think cotton lace would look a tad out of place in gal clothes.

When it comes down to it, there really is no good or bad lace, it all just depends on how it's used.
