Sure Koba gets to travel around the world and hang out at metal festivals and ocasionally crash metallica's set along with a drunken BOH, and his dream of revitalizing the metal world has come true but the girls' dreams have also become true.

Su especially, her dream was to become a singer/songwriter and while she hasn't written anything yet she's shines her best in Babymetal, better than anything she had in Sakura Gakuin.

Same with Yui & Moa. I'm sure they have other dreams of being Anime characters and becoming choreographers and whatever else, but being part of Babymetal is again the best thing that's ever happened to them. It's Sakura Gakuin times a hundred. They get to dance around on stage and sing as well and reach out to sooo much more people than they ever did in Sakura Gakuin or would have if they had tried to do a solo career afterwards.

I think it's going to keep going until the girls are like in their early 30s. So like another album or two.


This is the best thing that's happened to them, and everyone else involved in the band and studio process and record label, so they'll keep riding that wave as long as possible.

I imagine them taking a break or two should (when)they get into university and go do their own projects.

There are some girls in the metalhead crowd. Not much but I'd be willing to bet it's still more than double the % of girls in the idol fandom.
