Good start, but try to soften the lines a bit since your curve/straight lines are pretty rigid and shaky, I think it'd look better and gives you more room for errors and mistakes. If you really want to keep it clean, you can always vectoring/lining/drawing over with a pen tool.

Normally I don't critique anything with a penis in it, but I have to say, the lines are pretty damn nice. Is the person with the dick suppose to be a futa? If not, his nipples are pretty damn huge for a guy. The girl's nose and mouth should be a bit lower, hand need to be more curvy, and her shoulders should be a bit more pointier. Is the guy pressing her hat or something? I can't really tell what is that above her head. Consider in investing a tablet, and/or drawing/redrawing/vectoring/lining/etc with photoshop or other programs

This looks pretty nice. Great dedication and skill with pencils; I can never keep it clean without smudging everything.
1. The tail is a bit off though, the angle it comes out of her skirt is awkward, and the ribbon seems loosely tied to the tail.
2. The shoulders look a bit unnatural/ strangely puffed.
3. Your cup/glass lack depth as oppose to the rest of the picture, and what is that folded card thing next to it?
4. The back of the skirt's shading/folds are a little bit off
