Ah, I get it. Thank you for the explanation.
Odd that she's using a different trip now though.

Perfection is not an issue.
However, it's just... difficult to work with. Everything is going to need to be re-edited anyways, all the parts translated with babelfish/google/whatever will need to be completely redone.
The standards for formatting are vague, which as a translator makes me worry that even if I translate a large chunk it would just be inevitably causing more work for anyone editing if the formatting rules changed later on.

So, my advice to you is
①Learn to read.
②After doing so, read the script for yourself and see what I'm talking about.
③Learn to spell "anything" and "faggot" properly while you're at it.

By the way, I noticed that the OP isn't Cudder... What happened to her and lolita? Is someone new managing the Hatsukoi/Flyable Heart projects?

If you don't need me then go ahead. I don't really care.

I'm not bawwing, I'm pointing out that this project has gone from bad to worse. Seriously, learn what words mean before you say them.

Since it's summer I had some extra time and was planning on translating one of the routes if possible, but just look at the scripts for yourself. Coco is LITERALLY a babelfish translation.

Example:
「A good man is lost love of the suicidal explosion readiness; this; this; to be enough……I am ashamed」

The rest of the script is full of different variations of punctuation and formatting, making it flow terribly. The script currently needs editing even more than it needs translation.

I'm not trying to hate on this, I want the project to succeed.
I mean, seriously, I put in time into it as well.

How much is left of the FH translation, and is the quality at least better than Hatsukoi?

God damn...what happened?

The scripts are all babelfish translated, the ones that aren't are full of 。 and ?, and the stupid verification image is still ridiculously small.

I was planning on translating a chunk of one of the scripts but this is just awful. I was hoping something had been accomplished here.

I put in 52 lines. That's all.

And why the fuck are there still Japanese 。 and ?s scattered all over the place?

Which script is most wanted at this time?

Komomo?

Took me about the same amount too.
It could at least be a little bigger size...

if it's really necessary in the first place.

>> No.5073174 [View]

I just fixed that menu, but...

Why is there a ridiculously small capcha at the bottom?

It's really hard to read at that size, and is it really all that necessary to begin with?

>> No.5073138 [View]

>>5072528
The comma needs to be taken out of the script. I said this in a previous thread, but commas don't work in menu options, so if anyone editing sees any please take them out!

What about the file that I put on the TLWiki earlier for now?
It has complete Anzu and Yusumi routes plus the .exe files fixing the test.

I was stating that we should keep it consistent from the beginning, but lolita said that any inconsistencies would be fixed in the end. (´ω`)

Anyways, my personal opinion is that all 、!?。 should be replaced with ,!?.
However, 「」 and ~ look better in Japanese I think.

In the end though, this is only my personal opinion, so if anyone thinks differently please post your thoughts!

Thank you so much for your help.

When translating things a lot of people (including myself) tend to write awkwardly because we're trying to match it to the Japanese sentence. Some of the comma errors may also be because some of the translators were trying to match the punctuation to the original for every single thing.

I understand that the script seems very rough and difficult to edit but any contributions possible (even if you don't edit it on the actual site and just point out something you find here) are greatly appreciated.

Once again, thank you very much for taking the time to post the corrections to the script!

Um, that's not me. I've been busy with school, club activities (recently joined the keion-bu I'm totally serious and it's really strict) so I haven't had much time to post.

Why is someone nagging about comma mistakes?

>>5005537
I checked the first ten lines and found the spelling mistake and one comma mistake.

In all honesty (not trying to be hateful or say you're trolling or anything) if you want to be taken seriously at all could you at least tell us where the mistakes are you find? Even if you don't correct them yourself if you could at least tell us it would help better the problem and is more productive than simply saying "YOU'RE ALL WRONG AND YOU SUCK" incessantly.

I just tried looking at Komomo using the new interface, but...

Is there any way to see the Japanese version together with the English? This is going to be really hard to use when checking the translation...

Is Komomo that bad? I haven't looked at it yet...

It looks like it's a problem with the new interface. When I looked at it on the old one it had no problems.

I translated Yusumi in like a week or two and Nefelpitou and a couple other people were working on Komomo etc.

The recent jump was when I finished the Anzu file I think.
