I can imagine it: hunched over a stack of half-finished and discarded drafts in the dim light of a bare bulb or even candle, neglecting mortal needs like food and sleep, solely focused on divining one of the greatest debate/flame techniques known to history, ranking among "it's a free country i can do whatevre i want ok" and the infallible "i know you r but what am i"

There's a line where your habits, manner, and appearance become ugly, foul, and repellent. This is a line normals expect you to stay behind with non-stop maintenance. You are expected to constantly brush, floss, and gargle, to change outfits, to bathe and shave, to groom and comb, to trim your nails, to wash and vacuum surfaces, to organize all stray objects saying nothing of garbage, etc etc.

This is a line you are welcome to heed, ignore, or even sneer at. There is, however, a second line where lifestyle passes from unhygienic to unsanitary. Hazardous to your nonexistent social life is one thing, hazardous to your health is another. Your mountains of trash start to count once they attract rats and insects. Your bad breath is inconsequential until your teeth start rotting out.

It's not that your floor shitting is "gross and disgusting" - normals will bitch about that even during something like male-to-male CPR. It's that you're going to attract disease.

You are putting too much effort into things like friends and relationships. The people around you matter less than you think, and will become quite irrelevant after graduation.

More importantly, stay the fuck away from MMOs. You may try to indulge in only one or two at a time, but even that will consume you.
