Think about it this way: they must be really stringent and have made sure that he did a good job and has the skills down pat.

I played the first two Atelier Iris games, which were okay. Fantastic music, but the just sort of a barely above average RPG overall. I'm not too confident that any of the others would be much better.

Ys: The Ark of Napishtim
Ys: Oath in Felghana
Ys Origins

Previous ones are shitty. 1 and 2 have the notably retarded "walk into the enemy" mechanic for combat.

Ys 4 and Ys 3 have fantastic music (3's was remade for Felghana). Napishtim and 5 are also both pretty good.

Has anyone tried this VN?

http://altogether.insani.org/2008/6.html

I just finished it, and it's pretty good (and short-ish). It's a very dramatic romance story, characters are really downtrodden and tend to whine and angst a lot, and everyone is a slut, so some of you might abhor it. Fair warning.

Is there any way to extract the music? A couple of the tracks remind me of some of the slower stuff from Secret of Mana.

How should I know? I'm in here all the time and I barely have a sense of smell.

Keeping honorifics is arbitrary bullshit. Honorifics are just one piece of Japanese that shows the relationships between two characters (or the personality of one), some other examples including pronouns and plain/polite speech.

Fun fact: decimal points denote sub-integer units. The OP states that From the Bottom of the Heart has you read just barely more than one and a half words before finishing, although that is clearly not what is meant.

No, I don't care if there are places that use a different system for some reason. Get with the times.

"USA IS WAR CRIMINAL!"

Correction: USA is _a_ war criminal.

If you're going to protest in English, at least take the time to proofread your signs.

Christ, no wonder Americans laugh at the rest of the world.

Was that even responding to what I said? It's pretty much nonsequitur.

I think it would be best to forgo all pretense of "manliness" and just say that it's better to be rational, classy, and mature. "Manliness" is a faulty concept because a lot of the associated behaviours (especially in your list) are advantageous to both sexes.

/jp/ is a board created to get things like idol groups, touhou, and visual novels (HINT HINT) off of /a/ and /v/ where they don't quite fit in.

Listening to some of their other songs, they remind me of BoA. I guess the same songwriter/producer could be behind them both?

The song in that youtube is quite nifty. Except for the fake fan screaming.

One of the interludes, she wandered around sleepwalking naked and a bunch of guys were all "oh man check out this chick let's do her, bros" and her shadow obliterated them.

There was a scene in F/SN that could be interpreted that way if you really wanted it to be.

No, I'd be too anxious. I probably try to chalk it up to morals or something after the fact though, I guess.
