To be really honest with you i was feeling somewhat similar to that before the Towa stuff, but i grabbed onto the idea of drawing 1 thing every day until her return, and honestly it has done great stuff to my confidence and mood.
What i would recommend you is to set yourself a mission, something small that you can accomplish in a short time, and see if accomplishing your mission improves how you feel.
