Other than Rance games, Kaerunyo Panyon series, Little Princess/Little Vampire, and the first Toushin Toshi are interconnected.
Toushin Toshi 2, 3, Prince Lv1, Mamatoto and GALZOO are very similar alternate worlds.

Miki and Kentarou are protags of the Little series. (predates Rance series actually)
Kentarou was a weirdo borderline nutty in those.
He was changed to a straight forward bishi in Kichikuoh, but in Sengoku they reverted him back closer to his original personality in Little seires.

Rance 5D = another dimention created by Madou (Genbu)
Rance 6 = Zeth
Rance 7 = JAPAN
Rance 8 = unknown
Rance 9 = slated to be Hellman
Kichikuoh = the entire world

for something totally different, I started to translate that rance character chart (the one too big to post)

It takes place 4 years before the current time, so they were a lot younger.

Due to restrictions of EOCS, I'm sure they won't mention the ages in the game.
But officially, it should be:

Rance - 18
Sill - 16
Maria - 17
Shizuka - 17
Mil - 9

At the time of Rance 2.
There wasn't a character age restriction when the game was originally published.
