Well that's a fairly disheartening start.

Also, I'd really love to know if anyone still has the full Elona+ Wild Arms music pack that I made, last updated on 7/10/2012.

All of my old Elona files are on an HD that I can't access, and all of the old links to my files from pastebin seem to be broken.

I'd really love to get that music pack back now that I'm playing again.

So I've been told that Elona(+) is still sometimes discussed, but more around here than in /vg/ anymore.

What say you? Are you guys and gals still out there, fighting the good fight?

Baka-Tsuki is for Japanese light novels, but entertaining korean light novels also exist such as Moonlight Sculptor.

Moonlight Sculptor has a main char Weed that is also compelled to play a virtual reality mmorpg (vrmmorpg) but for reasons.that are more complex and interesting than SAO's simple approach of removing the logout button. It's hard to keep your pants on and not fap since Weed is more epic a Gary Stu than Kirito but everything is explained much better than in SAO. MS also has an Asuna-like char that is rich and as beautiful as a goddess in both the game and real life. Not enough Mary Sue for you?

If you love epic Gary Stu and Mary Sue stories where the guy starts off from rags and is a high school dropout to boot, try Moonlight Sculptor. Unlike SAO's author who refuses to explain logic holes and plot fallacies, Moonlight Sculptor's author explains all problems (with some explanations withheld to later volumes in order to support the plot). You say Kirito's gary stu can't be logically explained, but MS's author uses a different approach without SAO's time gaps as cover up.

oh. if you dont want to use scout rifle due to crap STR, use peacemaker from UC gara. you will need to ammo circle constantly but its very worthy, that gun is much better that scout, and ammo circle improves its already strong point.

anything melee now is extreme suicide mode due to how most melee bots have to compete with VFs and oukas. lancelots and domiclows do half good jobs with suicide runs into healpits, but you gotta know how to move and how to go unseen to the enemy back line.

your lazchan should have crappy sucess with a haku sword, and even then, you will have issues with tuning. get WLK first, only then worry with damage. without boost run you will always fail tackling at some point, and lazchan cant hop to survive.

get a scout rifle and have fun with koko gaap. if you can use raid rifle even better. tune for FLY since koko favors that, but dont get 0 WLK. if you get to 30+ FLY and is happy with that speed, get TEC.

remember to keep TEC and STR balanced or you could as well dump the SUP core and use a ace braver/zero saber core to gun and run. zero step is a good panic move to get away of melee range. and ace braver's core MG is surprisingly good without upgrades.

im kinda disapointed with the game. i didnt even opened my RO cube and im thinking maybe i could just coast it until something nice comes along the way.

it seems the sunday login event is suceeding now? how is the reward, and how many people are actualy logging in regularly?

i used akila on OB and now on gold because garapon is dildoes. akila's main issue is that he will not be fast enought to compensate for his low TGH. thanks to a second booster you can tune him better, but he is still underpowered when compared to a balth or any other L air.

got a akila MK2, huge TGH and decent fly after tuned. he is good L air.

nicole malice on CBEN will make things interesting because of the aurabots (that apparently got a buff) and now we kinda have to worry more about Capture The Flag since noone knows how to play them.

it actualy happens. i have seen that most LND playstyle involves around meleeing to death, simply respawning and repeating suicide attacks.

im just surprised that DOS won. maybe i should get some free time and do more arenas, but i got a round of melee bots that im willing to try out.

looks like accel saber by the placement of the head, but i could be wrong, mainly because i dont recognize the lower torso. it also has the shield LGJ.

that front thing is at least one head. the arms has to be ghost raider, and they wouldnt allow the buckler to be so inside the body.

balth legs is one of the tiniest legs that add a lot of HP, only thoarla are better and thats becuase they allow a secondary BS.

funny, it has booster issues but it was made to fly more that walk. no homing on lasers means more issues to boostrunning bots that air units.

its also a hopper and doesnt get stealth, even tho it has sniper sight.
