Not really. I don't think any of them are missable as such. You just have to visit every place in the world, possibly multiple times. At least AT2 will show you a local map, unlike AT3.

Very rarely am i able to do that.
The are always color differences between the picture on the website and the scanner's copy.
There are also little quirks and patterns visible on the covers as a result of the type of scanner which have to be replicated as well.
In addition, you usually can't find a picture of very high resolution, so there is a huge amount of blur if you just put it on top.
Putting all this together, it is very easy for the eye to discern where the original image ends and where the patching starts.
That isn't to say that I don't use the original for redrawing purposes, just not in the way you are thinking.
