Ok so I fixed the IP address in the box.

Now whenever I start PD I get the error in the picture.

I've changed to numerous other ports(and forwarded them) but I still get the same thing

Well PD and Share usually have all the stuff that would be considered Otaku Culture based and stuff among other things.
