XPC04029 adds to the base NJXA3 mods. If you don't have base NJXA3 installed, they won't show up. Searching the archive for "NJXA3" should turn up a download link.

Do TDCG models converted with tso2pmd/tso2pmx lack or lose some face bones in the conversion? When loading a motion file, the TDCG conversions don't seem to smile or move their eyebrows like standard MMD models. See the Tewi in the 2nd post for an example.

I'm assuming fixing/rigging the models to meet MMD specs would be difficult for someone who can't read Japanese.

If you are looking for general hard saves, try browsing the hard save preview folder linked in the OP. Remember that the files contained are only images and not hard saves, but at least one person on /jp/ has every hard save contained in the folder, so if you see one you like, request it by asking for the full file name you see there.

What 3DCG is: 3d custom girl, a program for creating a character and posing it. Has a light sex sim. Using MMD (MikuMikuDance) you can create your own animations as well as simply expand creative potential.

Consider all mods and hardsaves in this thread to be of Japanese origin unless stated otherwise.

The mod + game torrent is 44 Gigs, the game-only torrent is 1.7 Gigs. Tracker for both is long gone, and not too many of us are seeding, so getting the big torrent could take a while.

You really only need the game, which is under 2gb. If you don't like it, or have any desire to try your hand at animating in MMD, then there's no reason to download mods.

The modfiles are (mostly) uncompressed 3D modeling data, so they can add up.
