considering the other uberbeast creatures that have been released in recent years, that yuuka is manageable. sounds pretty fun to use as bait to piss your opponents off.

Typhoon: doesnt reflect the weather ability at all.
Calm: possibly go with when you cast a spell pay x to gain x life. sounds better if the spells are damage spells but any spell might not hurt.
DDSR: everything about this card spells shit. Only reflects cirno, not wako or china, doesn't reflect the weathers at all, needs changed. one tip: maybe add aether flash ability to reflect diamond dust.
Scorching Sun: decent, maybe go with damage dealt to flying is wither or a farsight mask effect where you can draw a card if you're dealt damage.
Aurora: needs a randomness factor like take all weather cards from your deck and graveyard and randomly choose 1 then shuffle the others in your library(adds a way to recycle weather cards into your deck), aurora is random based so why have it where you can manually choose the weather.
Sword of Hisou: looks good, needs to also get rid of the weather card currently in play.
The other 3: cool aside from reimu's multiple flying instances.
That's my criticism for that.

Blue Sky: doesnt seem like it goes with the ability, making it with the shoal effect from kamigawa but as discarding a card in your hand to reduce the cost of a spell by the ditched card's cost, or giving spells convoke would work better.
Cloudy: prolly change it to spells cost 1 less to cast and the draw stipulation is nice, reminds me of the blue creature from exodus that has UUT: draw a card if an opponent has 2 more cards in hand than you.
Hail: ditch the abilities on it so far, maybe go for a magus of the vineyard ability(change the green mana to mana of the player's choice) and use the ability you have for drizzle and do the same with the color choice for the first i mentioned. or even ditch the first and go with the untap lands = cost of spell that was from the urza's series.
heavy fog: maybe change the lifelink to gain half life, rounded up, or keep lifelink for shorter text, cuz lifelink is fine.
Snow: needs tuning such as maybe change to fixed amount of damage to force discarding or go with specter ability but for any damage, tho discard because of damage is always fucked up and can be exploited way too much.
Sunshower: needs total makeover, doesnt go with weather.
Sprinkle: sounds pretty interesting, reminds me of the giant from shadowmoor that adds 4 to pool for x cost spells. maybe work around to changing mana costs like the split cost spells from shadowmoor.
Mountain vapor: pretty awesome the way it is. maybe add random factor so someone cant manipulate it so they know what card theyre playing.
River Mist: I have no idea how to what RM appropriately

Redundancy makes it where the instances meld into one, same as if a card has two instances of say wither, the most recent overrides the first and they become one until one of them disappears. You could always just make an entirely different mechanic, such as name it soar or something along those lines.
If I really have to give criticism:
The weather ability needs fixed. Global is nonexistant(correct me if i'm wrong, i havent paid attention to global in forever so it might still be around), same as interrupt, and you can't just put (name)'s weather, you'd have to do a subtype kind of deal, such as weather enchantment- Reimu/Remilia/Yukari/etc. and put vanishing in the flavor text, which clears up any misunderstandings. You could alternatively work it like the epic spells, or as poster below said, work it like planechase. Also there's the problem if two players both have weather cards out, since in SWR and UNL two weathers dont happen simultaneously, so applying them to MTG you'd in theory not be able to have two weathers out.
For cards:
Clear wouldn't work so well unless you change the draw a card thing to reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a weather card and put it into play or in hand, as that would be a cheap way to get card advantage otherwise.
SWR has more wording than it should, you can easily take out half of the text and it would still be good.
Sunny: everything but the give flying ability is eww, how does phasing work in this.
