Shut up, froggie. Find a highway to be squished into, your croaking never was a substitution for words.

Speak, Froggie! Speak! Say something smart. I dare you.

I'm a tripfag, not a namefag, newfag. My sex life, while tragic, desultory, disgusting, regrettable, and entirely irrelevant, has existed, though I would much rather be a virgin than the putrid, filthy loined creature I presently am.

God what horror I recall. Secret places, deceitful words, filth upon filth. As it would seem by body's natural tendency to rot, I expect it shall be a day of things made right when at last this sickly thing of a body is dumped into the earth and eaten up by worms, doubtless avenging many of my ""partners"" in the process.

>I'll have a cute girl blowing me while I tell her about Freud and unconscious desires.

Ah, sweet love. Nothing would woo a girl so much as a fellated monologue about all manner of vocalized incestuous longings, childhood memories of wetting the bed, and the projected satisfaction of being the Mother while she sucks on the erotic transformation of your penis-nipple thereby relieving you of the anxiety of repressed memories of breast feeding.

I'm sure your fair haired gal will be head over heals for you upon hearing your unconscious desires.

What.... the fuck?

What the fuck are you trying to say? Did you even try to think? My God I want to smash my head against my refrigerator so hard it might kill me, thereby depriving me of the most unhappy chance of ever having to read anything you have ever written again, for the aggregate of life's pleasures, fleeting as they are, and all the luck in this life would not be worth the knowledge that persons as stupid as you exist. Good lord, what the fuck is this post? It's time for another flood, I hope there is no Ark this time lest some poor descendant of its passengers have to endure something as stupid as this post.

No I'm not joking, are you? What in Hamlets great monologue (to die to sleep, perchance to dream... the unknown country from whose born, no traveler returns... and makes us rather bear those ills we have than fly to others we know not of) suggests he is a believing Christian? How stupid of you, I'm shocked. Did you read Hamlet?

You have not read the complete works of Marx, of that I am certain. You may have made some progress through the stupid paperbacks of Camus, maybe even all of them (God bless your patient soul), less likely read Arendt, possible though.

More likely you watched some David Harvey lectures on Pseudtube, picked at the first 50 pages of Capital, read most of the Manifesto, read the Stranger in high school, read part so Myth of Sisyphus as a teenager before getting bored, possibly one of his other shitty fictions like Exile and the Kingdom or The Plague, and possibly read Eichman in Jerusalem and a bit of Origins of Totalitarianism.

Am I right, or am I right?

Because they've willfully or unwittingly detached themselves from the personal, emotional and human dimension of coitus and are trying to revert back to Edenic ape sex as a way of-- respectively-- avoiding morality or coping with the devastating effects of sexual transgressions they have experienced.

Self esteem is a stupid fake idea invented by the sinister institution of psychology.

I can't tell you what your "low self esteem" refers to, but you don't have a fucking vial in your brain filled with self esteem liquid and yours is low.

Hyper-language exploiting all possibilities of idiom, mythos and rhetoric towards a maximally compacted presentation of otherwise ineffable ideas.

I've been posting here like a madman for 5+ years so in all likelihood longer than a month. Maybe I'll get lucky and get stuck by lightning or get even more bored of this latest phase of 4chan(nel) interaction (characterized by tripfagging) and be rid of your horrible, awful, loathsome company once and for all. I wouldn't count on it. It is an endless pleasure to see one's own thoughts being read by other people. A sick pleasure, for sure, doubtless dependent upon the minimal difficulty of shooting fish in a barrel, but a pleasure nonetheless.

You imagine that? I once hoped to be a published writer, and now find myself a miserable wretch bent on gathering yous from severely misguided teenagers and hopelessly deaf man children.

What a terrible board, and I am sorry for being able to contribute to it.

It depends entirely on what your purpose in reading the Bible is.

That being said I'm getting very annoyed of these "what's the best translation" threads. Surely you can Google this?

Books are not trophies, shelves are not cases. Its easier to point, than wrestle with pages. Slowly within them, a way out of cages, built by soft flesh, and attention so wasted. To enter a mind, takes great dedication.

To possess the mind of another
You must look beyond a cover

Go to >>>/his/ to discuss philosophers or philosophy in general. /lit/ is for the discussion of literature (fiction, drama, prose, poetry etc.) Specific books about philosophy are welcome topics here, particularly when they are related to literature and criticism.

The entire point of this board is to discuss reading and books, not Youtube videos. Please delete your thread and make it on /his/.

Someone who read Hegel amd wished to claim it would have made it as obvious and incontrovertible as possible that they had done so, by referring to particular aspects of the text they would anticipate could not be known without reading it.

You did not read the Phenomenology once. You did not read half of it. You did not read 10% of it. You are shameful and stupid.
