Sorry for committing treason, you're so much smarter than me.
I'll bet you don't even have to study for tests because you just naturally get good grades, because you're just that smart.
Tell me more about how by never giving characters a full backstory, they become so deep and not one dimensional.
I can't believe that you have looked at this seemingly childish show with so much detail, you really are special to suggest that their are dark themes which are present, but only if you look at it with your eyes crossed.

>Geeky culture.
Do you know what "geeky culture" has done to people who actually work in the sciences?
Most of the time I try to discuss biology or chemistry with someone who seems moderately intelligent, I get a conversation that goes like this;
Me: So, what do you think of increased protein aggregation in the brain as it ages, and what it means for longevity research?
Them: Do you science anon? ALL the science!

I'll agree with you.
I despise that show and what it stands for.
It's basically been designed to have a huge appeal to the meme crowd.
Somewhat of a new invader zim, it's fanbase just loves the fact that its so "rand0m!!!1111 lol" but it's even worse than invader zim in that it attracts the type of people who get off on being called "smart" and "special" and will charge you with treason if you so much as tarnish their giant "rand0m" idol.

I know that feel.
My little brother is the same way.
I'm guessing your parents basically coddled him out of some weird spite for you?
Mine know they messed him up, but are to pathetic to try and fix what they started, they don't want to hear him bitch and moan.
Then they have the audacity to blame his grades, weight, and attitude on me, an exemplary student who's got weight problems of being to skinny and pride myself on being polite and open.
They ask me to help them out with his problems, but every time I try to do anything about it, he whines and they yell at me because I'm not the parent, they are.
So I've decided to do everything I can from helping, seeing as every time I try I become a villain, and just wait for life to come and teach them a lesson they should have learned long ago and won't be able to recover from.

Please don't abuse amphetamines,
I know they make most people feel like a divine entity of infinite wisdom and creativity,
but you should realize that you are basically playing a game with cheat codes.
You may be great at school when you abuse these things, but just know that if everyone took them you'd be right back where you started, nothing special nothing new.
I know I just made some fairly terrible points that don't hold all that much water and wouldn't really make a strong argument if they did, but trust me when I say don't play with fire here.
I've been on various amphetamines for over a decade now, and while there is a depressingly large population of students who take these pills because their parents felt they needed an edge in school, there are people who actually need them.
They aren't for giving you the ability to focus, but rather they give you a better ability to reason and control you self more.
I am fine when it comes to schoolwork and such, but in ay type of social situation, I break down a bit.
Really, I've lost some of my dearest friends because I assumed the little pill I took in the morning wasn't doing much other than making me focus.

I'm adding Bradbury on for a second time,
as well as Aeschylus.

Dislike: I can't think of any which I read completely and hated, the one's I dislike are the ones I didn't bother reading fully, so I can't truly say I dislike them.

Personally I hate it because i tried to read it, and was confused to say the least by the setting, which wasn't really there, nor was there characterization, it all just felt like a vague retelling of a movie I haven't seen.

Well, let's discuss Bradbury then.
>Favorite short story.
Mine is a tie, between "Bang! You're dead!" and "The smiling people".
Although I really don't consider him a science fiction writer, it's true that many of his stories have a science fiction setting, but he mainly focuses on dilemmas, if that makes any sense.

You guys are taking this proverb to literally.
It's referring to the fact that when people are drunk they are more likely to reveal something because of their impaired judgment.

This is why the internet hates Ayn Rand, whatever opinions xkcd has, so does the internet.
It's sickening really.

Neat, follow up, If you had to choose between the two, because the obvious answer is the first option leading to the second option, do you think gay relationships should be platonic or sexual?
