too Jewish for my taste. Ernest Mandel managed to be Jewish without shoving in everyone's face and I liked his essay on Arendt a lot. She is first and foremost a Königsberg patriot fond of Kant thus her book is an attempt to purge his good name from the other good German Kantians like Eichmann.
