Most exciting:
Uh.. nothing I read excites me.

Page turning:
The Stranger

Most satisfying:
In terms of feeling good when I finished reading it... Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
It was 11 years for 7 books, man...

It was uh... It was a Dean/Sam - Supernatural fic...
It was pre-series, and it actually molded pretty well into the actual storyline.

I just spent all day reading a 120,000 word fanfiction.
In my own defense, it wasn't slash or anything...
Should I be ashamed, /lit/?

I remember writing a story about a lost little kitten who was found in an alleyway by a girl and her mother on the way home. They brought the kitten home and fed her, and whatnot. The kitten was finally happy and content for once in her life and she fell asleep by the fire. And she woke up, back in the alleyway. That was grade 6.

It follows David's exploits in Paris, where he keeps company with the Saint-Germain crowd of homosexuals, while his official American fiancée, Hella, is traveling in Spain. More specifically he "keeps company" with Giovanni, a local barman.

Am I the only one who absolutely loved this book? I have found no one else who has even heard of it.

I always lost my bookmarks so now I just end up memorizing the pages I left off at. But I suppose if I had a bookmark the size of OP's it would be sort of hard to lose it...

Surely You're Joking, Mr.Feynman.

A physicist and his quirky personality.

It somehow manages to be funny and intelligently informative at the same time. This will not be the last time I read this book.

What are you reading, OP?

It was much, much shorter. Maybe.. 800 - 1000 words.
'Written for children' type story.
