Just wondering if anyone on the /lit/ thread recognizes this mystery person? Trying to identify him for a contest that allows online research and we are suspecting he may be an author. Appreciate any ideas this community has - you have been great in the past! :)

This is where I read it. It's themed like a blog as that's part of it. It's to look like he actually wrote it. There's images too! Really adds to the experience.

Okay so I'm sure many of you are familiar with many common creepypastas, short often very creepy stories that can be read in about an half an hour tops.

I recently stumbled across one of the longer ones that exist on the internet.

Ted the caver or something similar. I've forgotten the title at this moment. Basically it's a story about a guy named Ted and his best bud B and they happen to be avid cave explorers and decide to explore a fairly untouched cave under a highway. They get to the bottom of one certain pathway in the cave and find a fist sized hole that seems to lead out to a more open area. The idea of exploring virgin untouched territory is exciting to them and thus they decide to try and break the hole wider so they can get in. A strong wind can be felt blowing out of it as well as some rumbling on and off and on one occasion a loud inhumane scream is heard.

Really fucking chilling stuff and I've never been glued to a peice of literature such as this in my ENTIRE life. It was brilliantly terrifying and the idea of finding out what it was kept me reading this mega peice of pasta. The ending unfortunately was disappointing, no answer was provided.

Can anyone recommend a good book with similar eerie creepy stuff and a massive mystery that I will feel compelled to find out about and read on?
