I'd love nothing more than to do that, but Michigan has nowhere near enough hipsters and socially awkward men to keep me in business.

Alot of them are boxed and organized by series, I have two tiny bookshelfs for series I'm currently reading and new arrivals.

Also I'd be embarrassed to post so many incomplete series due to the books I've been unable to find and book I have lent out.

Maybe once I finally break down and buy a couple of nice bookshelfs I'll post my shame for you guys.

That would take hours too make readable with my phone camera, also house is mess.

Though I can tell you some cool stuff I've recently picked up on yesterdays run.

I got Lord Valentine's Castle by Robert Silverburg and its medieval sci fi thats like 20 years older than I am and that has me excited, the crazy old guy at the bus stop said it was by the author of a book called Nightwings and wanted it.

Cyber Way by Alan dean foster A cyberpunk cop thing from the guy who did the last starfighter

Finally got the first book in "The Tales of Arthur" and the first book in the Belgariad.

Picked up a missing piece in my orson scott card collection called Lost boys.

And a few of the left behind books because they were a quarter each.

Recently I've come to the realization that I hoard old science fiction and fantasy novels.

Originally It started off as collecting TOR fantasy and science fiction because its usually awesome.

But then I started picking up anything that looked remotely interesting and even making trips to the thrift store and coming back with 10 or more books.

And I lend them out to all my friends and neighbors and such and I read almost everything I get, But there is just so much of it!

I think I own something like 500 paperbacks I've bought in the last 5 years.

Don't you hate it when you finish a book but have no way of acquiring the next book in its series.

FUCK GOTTA WAIT A WEEK AND PAY 9 BUCKS SHIPPING FOR A COPY OF XENOCIDE.

Try lighthearted kid's fantasy series like Artemis Fowl, Percy Jackson, The alchymist, etc

Easy to read, easy to find, and half the time the characters are not completely retarded.

So I just finished Artemis fowl book 6.

And I must ask, why is children's fantasy so addicting?
