what should I read for a more positive view of life?

I want to start reading books again so badly. My attention span is totally fucked up. Like it’s giving me a serious anxiety. How do you cope with short attention span lads? No bully pls

Yeah, I've read it. It's really good actually.
You should read The Dancing Wu Li Masters next, it deals with the same topic.
They both inspired me to look more into Buddhism, although it was Tibetan Buddhism and not the Oriental stuff that's generally being described in the books.

Anyone of you doing a philosophy major? I'm curious whether the stereotype is true that philosophy students are predominantly commies or at least inspired by them is true, like with the bulk of sociology. I'm considering doing more philosophy courses (in particular metaphysics and epistemology) as part of my Master's, but i'm hesitant about it, because i was pretty disappointed by the sociology courses i had to follow a couple of years back.
