Yeah. Which is why Nietzsche thought this line was going to be looked at crosseyed and confuse people for ages to come, but Emma Goldman understood it well enough. These Übermensch don’t have lands and peoples to rule over. They simply are a sort of aristocrat.
Again, and again, I tell you, he’s not an anarchist, he’s often wrongheaded and only a certain type of leftist adopt him and Stirner. Also this Übermensch comes not from state-capitalist society, but from the commune, and the commune respects them because they are one of their own. There’s room enough. The world is never going to coalesce into a single sort of human, a single system to rule them all. Some global emperor is against nature. You don’t see it, it isn’t a strength. It isn’t what Nietzsche seem to call for either, right?
