Stop trying to be someone else. Stop thinking you need to mimic some sort of style, that being you isn’t good enough, that you need to abandon who you are. Being you is all there is. If you keep chasing the ideals laid down before you by someone else you’re never going to be satisfied. Write what you want to write. Make it flow how you want. If it’s good it’ll be good. Be free and enjoy the moment while you can.
