I use engaging and entertaining
I don't ever do literary criticism, I just do reviews which are basically me sharing how I felt when I read a book

I assume you are not very experienced at reading classical /lit/? you probably aren't "dumb", just not used to reading at that high of a level yet. practice makes perfect! dont be afraid to re-read a passage until you are confident you "get" it. if you have to, look at an analysis of the passage online if you can find one, and see if you can understand how the text reflects that analysis

Hello, Storygraph fren. I like that you can mark books as "not finished" in Storygraph. And you don't get bombed with reviews for every book. There's a rating and a general categorisation for a book, but you have to look up the reviews extra if you're interested.
Goodreads is way too cluttered for me, and I say that as someone who grew up with the 90s net

I recently took a look back at a short story I wrote a couple year back. And... It was fucking awful. But I've never been happier to suck, because that means two years from now I will have surpassed my current self. Don't lose hope, we're gonna make it bros.

To live a good life according to Epicurus you don't need a lot of stuff, you need frens. Think about that the next time you make fun of a scandinavian.

It's non-fiction

Should I ?
What to be aware of before hand ?
How to convince better publishers ?

I'm thinking of letting them know others are interested like "I have send my books to others publishers interested in it, what are your offer", not out of greed but to get published. I'm not a bad person btw don't bully pls
Do you have techniques, moral or on fence of morality, to get published ?

Do people with masters or doctorate get published more easily ? Maybe I should continue Idk

Thank for your help anon

That's an interesting question, I would say it's because the object is thought to be inanimate (without soul) so it can't think. Hence it's the intellectual soul that can conform or not to the thought of some thing or some other.
Truth is the adequation of two beings we separate. Truth lie in the intellect in this case since he is able to include dualities in himself (here, the duality of the subject and the object thought).
>Plato, Aristotle never seems to define truth
Truth is an adequation, it's the resolution of a duality. Truth is the unique essence of things or phenomenons.
>Where does modern philosophy ie. post Descartes
Relativism. Any nominalism is by definition without truth because it can't think an adequation or unity of realities. When you loose the sense of the Unity (God), then you loose the intuition of all the unities of realities, that are not in any particular phenomenons, but in what includes them, and is spiritual.

For Descartes I don't know him much because I don't care.
