The only times I was fascinated by a story in a video game were in cookie-cutter fps's that have such dull gameplay like mw2 and spec ops:the line, the former being only remembered because of nostalgia and the latter only being good because it was glorified movie consider how easy and boring the gun play was.

I guess it's possible the Orthodox church makes a recovery among a segment of the population. But the Muslim population there, as I understand it, is growing quickly. And given the whole tradzoom to musloom pipeline of politicized religious consooming, Orthodoxy would lose ground to Islam. On the other hand there are neopagan revivals in Russia, a dark horse candidate for the most basado.
