We all now about depressing loner books like No Longer Human and Stoner, but are there any books that portray happy loners?

We (I) need some positive examples.

After high school I didn't read a single work of fiction for four years because I was so sick of the crap I was fed in school. I enjoyed reading when I was in my early teens, but it really took the spirit out of it, and I was just under the impression that I was too analytical for fiction.

I saw that 4chan board IQ chart meme one day and decided I would check out this board because I didn't really know about it. I knew it was a joke but I was amazed by the (relative) high quality of this board compared to others. Decided to stick around, and in the past two years I've read works from Dostoevsky, Wilde, Nabokov, Heller, Kafka, and a bunch of others who have seriously changed how I look at the world.

Anyway, I know that this is 4chan and it's meant to facilitate more toxic discussions but this board has actually changed my life for the better and I thought I'd share my bloomer moment with you all.

Anyone else have a similar experience here?

The arguments around the resurrection aren’t supposed to what makes you into a Christian. If anything they can arouse interest in Christianity and can edify faith and apologetics in those who are already Christian. For the non-Christian skeptic, indications through prayer will be much more powerful. It was those that brought me to Christianity even despite being familiar with all of the resurrection evidence

I've never really written anything before, but I would like to become good enough to write a competent dialogue between the Chad and Virgin meme about living in emasculated Western modernity. I'll attach an intro in the response. Pls no laugh :)

What are the antidotes to books like culture of narcisissm, industrial society and its future and revolt against the modern world? Are there any books that affirm life and give hope in our highly materialistic and Godless society?
