>What are you procrastinating on? edition
Aquaculture reports. Two are basically done, the third is barely started when it comes to the important parts. Been in a depressive mood for a while now though and felt restless so I'm playing a lot of games to distract myself when I'm not browsing boards.
Still feels like I have no outlet for expression in my life though, nor anyone that would share what I'm expressing well enough to converse about it.

Staying pure ? I'd recommend to take care of your mental health and to be careful in not being extremely rigid and fanatic. Have a good weekend :)

Objectively speaking, I have a better life than 99.9% of the people on this earth.
I live in one of the richest countries in the world and even in that country, the household I'm from is above average in terms of income.
I live in a very big house, almost by myself. My mother works abroad and only comes home every couple of months.
My brother is at boarding school and only comes home at the weekend sometimes.
I'm studying medicine since 3 years, on the way to great job opportunities.
I have not a lot, but very longterm and close friends.
I do boxing 2-3 times a week and I exercise additionally as well.
I have a fit body and my face is probably around 7/10, although I've gotten mostly 8/10s when I posted my face on /soc/ (I've only done it once, don't judge)
I have multiple other hobbies like reading, learning japanese and other weeb shit.

Despite all this, I'm very unhappy.
Of course there is the ">tfw no gf", but I don't think it's only that, that makes me sad.
I feel isolated, out of place in this world.
My friends are great, but they are normies.
Nobody shares my interests or my world view.
I tried opening up to my friends and slowly and steadily trying to show them my interests and world view that I kept hidden since they weren't shared by anyone.
They tell me it's kinda strange, but they still love and accept me.
I still feel so alone.

I honestly don't know where I'm going with all this, but I just don't know what to do.
Maybe the thing that is making me unhappy is the lack of any genuine connection with a person where I can 100% be myself.

Would you consider non-fiction as art?
Fiction literature is definitely art in my eyes, but what about non-fiction, can it be art?

It's pretty alright currently.
Was really depressed until mid 2017, then started meditating, doing sports, eating healthy and shit.
Now I don't feel nearly as depressed although it sometimes comes back for a couple of weeks.
The "tfw no gf" - feeling is getting stronger and stronger the older I get though.
