What should I write about if I start a diary desu

Do you take notes when reading books? I like to do so, but i always get paranoid about how the CIA or some government agency might use my notes to psychoanalyze me. Or whenever i accidentally make a stain or something they could use those to deduct what i was eating that day or where ive been judging from the dirt. I also never write with other paper as a background, because the writing might compress into it and give away other information i dont want anyone to know.

Sneed is the best example of this. I used to fucking hate Sneed back when it was spammed in 2017 /tv/, and before it metastasized into the thing it is now. But Sneed has completely fucked me over. I name my accounts after some variation of Sneed. I randomly post Sneed whenever it's possible. I cannot use the word 'formerly' anymore. Sometimes i randomly think 'Sneed' at some points of the day and i suddenly start to grin like a retard. I had to explain it to my gf and to my coworkers. Can you imagine having that conversation?

How do you make notes of the books you read, /lit/

If it's rebirth instead of reincarnation, then what is it that is reborn? If there is no self, then it should be possible that parts of 'you' are reborn elsewhere, and that you are basically reborn as multiple creatures, correct?
But how would Nirvana stop this? Your body doesnt just stop existing on death; all the parts of it are consumed and reborn elsewhere (unless you launch it into a black hole).

Many people have this, including me. In fact it's one of the most prevalent ailments of the information age.
When i want to be angry, i go to a dating subreddit and i get mad at the women giving stupid advice.

What i do is that i type my notes in word files with the title of the book that they are referring to. For each note, i also type down the page of the book that i am making a note on.
The alternative is using an e-reader with an editor, but i dont know anything about that because e-readers are for plebeians.

I posted in another thread a couple of days ago that i want to terraform a barren planet and release the bare minimum of organisms on it and see how they would evolve over millions of years. Would mice evolve into giant herbivores? Would the house cats evolve into t-rex sized mega predators? Or would perhaps the mice give rise to predators? Would lizards evolve to become whales or crocodiles?
