I know y’all really want Walden to want dick, but I don’t get that vibe from him at all. He just doesn’t feel confident enough as a male to think of himself fucking a women like an animal. He would consider it rude or ungentlemanly. He’s basically Eliot sans homicidal ideation and blaming other people for shit. And coming from another language/culture he’s going to draw some metaphors and similes out of left field, the dogs salivating for sausages is appropriate just clunky. I know I’m doubting one of /lit/ biggest fantasies and I can only imagine how great the threads would be if y’all were right but I just don’t see it.
