He didn't add the drawings for like 10 or so years after he wrote it. There's the huge one with the drawings on Amazon then there's the "reader's editions" which is recommended to start with because the art will confuse you since it comes later.

At some point (not the start though) I can highly recommend his student Erich Neumann's book "The Origins and History of Consciousness," which Jung mentioned in the foreword he wished he had written himself.

"Memories, Dreams, Reflections" is Jung's simplest, most basic work (autobiographical and very brief). A fine start but that's it.
