I'm currently reading the bible and I have to say the book of Job doesn't make any sense at all. Here's a quick summary:
>Satan: Hey God, let me torture this guy for the lulz.
>God: Okay lol.
>Job: God, why do you do this to me?
>Job's friends: Lmao, you pleb deserve it.
>Job: But why?
>Some prophet dude: God is doing it because uhm ... he just does, okay?
>God: Stop questioning me, I'm almighty.
>Job: Okay.
>God: Just a prank bro. I killed your kids but now you can have new kids.
What the fuck is the message of this story?

Also it doesn't fit into the bible at all. All the other books are pseudohistorical somehow contiguous stories of the Israelites. But Job isn't an Israelite and is not connected to any of the other stories. I think the bible would be better without this cringe book.

I'm currently reading Kant and I disagree. He does not make any convincing argument why space can't be empirical.
