>strings a bunch of anecdotal evidence together
>making sweeping conclusions that don't follow
>every time experts review his books they're scathing
>shows up for a debate with zero prep and immediately accuses his opponents of being racist conspiracy theorists
Why does anyone read Malcolm Gladwell again?

Any books about the 10,000-Hour Rule other than from the man himself?

Most of his books were never meant to be taken as self-help or inspirational guides to success but it kinda feels like whenever he does public talks about them, he tries to turn it into a guide for becoming a billionaire. Especially things like the 10,000 hour rule in Outliers.
I've seen so many people treat his books as success guides now that its starting to tarnish the books themselves.

What are your thoughts on him and his books?
