I'll give it a look, but I'm honestly tired of trying to rationalize following the modern Catholic Church. If the Bible IS the word of God, how can any single word be ignored simply because modern degenerates dislike it? If you are a Christian and you disagree with anything written in the Bible, or your leader (looking at you, Francis) attempts to revise the "real meanings" of passages, I have no respect for your fair weather church. This is why I no longer associate with the Catholic church. People (my parents and relatives included) are happy to talk about how much they love Catholicism, yet they openly support things like homosexual marriage. I don't think it is up to us which passages we choose to listen to. If its in the Bible, it is the word of God and should meticulously followed. I have met no modern Catholics who live like this, so I have chosen to distance myself from the Church.
