How do people gain a following on Royal Road? When I look at some of these 100 chapter long fantasy publications with thousands of followers, it looks like from their very first chapters they had commenters who were interested, By just publishing on the website well written work will people be able to find it or did these people funnel readers to their chapters from somewhere else? Has anyone gained followers publishing on RR? I'm not looking to become rich or anything but it would be nice to publish writing somewhere people could actually find it.
