How can I force myself to read 100 pages per day? Procrastination gets in the way of doing that.

1. They need to have a clear motivation
2. Not strictly necessary but some character development that gives the reader the impression that the character changes and is different in the ending than how they were in the beginning.
3. /lit/ is going to seethe at this, but by far the most important attribute to make a character compelling is to make them relatable. By relatable I don't mean that they should elicit "OMG he's literally me" sentiments but rather that they have aspects that the reader can identify with, or aspects that the reader wished they had. This goes for both protagonists and antagonists.

Well boys time for resignation again and waiting the Kali Yuga out through patience, all endavours are pointless now. We need a global nuclear war, which is inevitable, civilisation has reached the apex point and the inflection point, we need a complete and hard complete global reset for the first renew of the Yuga cycles. It is the only logical outcome, infinity is impossible

I would argue that he gains more agency by indulging the dreamworld less rather than more, as he can then be disciplined and conscious enough to exercise his will in the real world. He can't grow as a person in the dreamworld. How is God to grow, and what is he in the dreamworld but God?

tl;dr, how does this help people who keep dreaming to their detriment, all you're saying is to indulge fantasy.
