As somebody who approaches transcendental types of spirituality from a natural individualistic/egoistic point of view, it seems very profound and revelatory that the ego could be illusory and that the higher truth is that "all is one" etc etc. But hypothetically from somebody coming the other way, couldnt it also be revelatory and a nirvana type of experience to awaken to your inescapably isolated and individual subjective experience? Like your ego is an absolute inescapable reality that you must contend with despite having been indoctrinated that you are formless and one with the universe or something. That your subjective individuality is the profound truth to be realized and the one-ness is the illusion. you know what i mean broskies.

tldr considering "nirvana" as an expansive oneness with all vs as the exact opposite of the stark inescapable reality of your you-ness
