I assume you're referring to the infamous "MKUltra experiments"? Because the MKUktra story turned out to be a largely exaggerated by the (((media))) slanderous event, even Ted himself explained in a letter of his how most of it is untrue (pic related).

Ted is anything but a schizo, his works are one of the soundest writings I've ever read
