How many pages would you say you read a day, on average?

I know it depends on a lot of factors, like the size of the print, and the density/complexity of the content, but if you had to say.

Carl Schmitt and Strauss.
First of all how could I learn to understand Strauss? He seems kind of complicate and who does he relate to Schmitt?

What I did read is that he wasn't that anti-liberal like Schmitt.

It's unbelievable that people still fall of propaganda of 1940's. There are literal commies in USA who think that USSR was amazing (my parents lived there, it wasn't). And there also literal nazis in USA who think that Hitler was right (no fucking comments).
Both ideologies are so powerful and striking (and dangerous) that people of the next century still fall in their net. Why ideology is so powerful. Books on this topic?
