bodily rights aren't absolute though, even pro choice people generally agree that there is a point during pregnancy where abortions become immoral unless the pregnancy threatens the mother's life
to use another example, if you are schizophrenic and are causing damage to people around you, you must take medication and lose your rights to bodily autonomy
or if you try to commit suicide, there is a moral duty to stop your bodily autonomy to preserve your life and put you in therapy
