What do you guys do when you're writing a story and you get to that point where you start to think it's just cringy and stupid
Also do you think good writers that everybody likes ever feel this way.

I've been reading a bit of this guy charles sledge. I don't really know who he is or what his background is but I stumbled upon some of this books on masculinity not too long ago and have been reading them. He really emphasizes a type of old fashioned masculinity where you prioritize strength, dominance, and self mastery. Becoming a dangerous man not because we want to but because we have to, since life is just a survival game at the end of the day. Some of it reads like he's a fucking /pol/lack but I still like the content.

i would like to but it seems like an unreasonable amount of effort to go out meet and impress them, especially when you consider how little of an effort they need to make in comparison. idk i don't feel like i should have to devote so much time to it. if i meet a girl i like by chance in the future i won't let go of that opportunity but until then, i live for myself.
