separate from that anon i think the editors are the ones making the sacrifice so they can do whatever they want. i can see why someone wouldn't want to put all that effort into producing a magazine that they aren't as proud as they could be about

BUT,

it's the opposite in a sense (again i'm not that anon), like the quality would be worse but that's because the magazine wouldn't be a handful of the most well-received anons every time, and it would be capturing the moment of the board, more "organic", strangers passing thru a strange land, call and response, diamonds in the rough, whatever. i'd vote for this if "whatever the editors want" wasn't an option
