The problem with atheists is that they don't actually believe what they say they believe. Belief without action is just blind ideology. The purpose of Christianity seems to be to overcome sin in order to receive divine reward in the after life.
This makes the assumption the all religions follow the same moral laws, or even god.
In the religions of Abraham god is a figure who sits in heaven like a psychotic judging people for what he perceives as sin.

On the other hand you have a religion like Buddhism which does not seek judgment from a god to over come sin. But seeks wisdom in order to reach nirvana.

How do you know Buddha actually reached the truth? What if he just thought he did? His method of reaching wisdom doesn’t seem so guaranteed. A lot of people read Buddhist texts, but why aren’t they trying to become enlightened just as Buddha did? There’s also no real devotion, no faith. It’s so empty compared to Christianity.

He doesn’t judge anyone. If you sin, then you are distanced from God. If a Christian decides to start sinning incessantly, then he’ll find it harder to actually pray and keep his faith in God. If you’ve rejected God, then in the afterlife your soul will simply not be joined with God. No judgment is needed.
