I use greasemonkey 4chan filter and 4chan x for Chrome. If you mess around with the settings a bit it looks like normal and you can hide tripfags and any posts by certain named users (tybrax) or you can just turn all posts to anonymous using "anonymize" or w/e

To add more than one person/trip separate their names with semicolons.
