What are the "essential" pieces? If someone wasn't going to read them all which 3-4 would you reccomend people "At least read..."

For Nietzsche I would rec Gay Science, Thus Spoke Zarathustra, The Genealogy of Morals and Beyond Good & Evil as his 'core' work.
