Haha thank you but all the respect goes to Proust for writing this masterpiece. I took me a bit more than one year to read it, I read other things at the same time though. If I hade to estimate an amount of hours I would say around 130, Proust need to be read slowly.
It's probably one of my favourite book, and if there wasn't those immensely long and overdescriptive parts in Du Côté De Guermantes and in Sodome Et Gomorrhe it would probably be my favourite.

I don't read that much, but I always borrow like 40 books from the library and don't read any of them, and I like to pretend to be a reader because you look sophisticated. But the truth is I know authors and important books and roughly their content, but I don't read books that are literally hundreds of pages, it takes hours upon hours of my time that I'd rather spend browsing 4chan.
