I think one of the first things to note is that, despite the name, being an incel is not related to sex, but to a necessity of female validation to build your "self" around.
I think it's safe to say that to be aware of the "incel" condition, one must be at least a bit clever, and a man in that position surely has higher aspirations and values that can and should replace the feminine presence when it comes to becoming his own person.
The second thing to consider is that despite the validity of the "looks redpill", status stills matters quite a bit, and that not all women are the usual tinder thot you can find around you. A man who carves his own niche in the world and follows his own path, can probably put himself in a situation where he has high status (say being the founder of a book club, for instance, or a good writer), those situations will then act as a filter to bring him close to girls who will be compatible with his lifestyle and will be able to appreciate the status gathered there, even if it's niche.
I like to think I'm among relatively intelligent guys here, so tell me: do you seriously see yourself going to clubs and putting effort into getting a drunken, sweaty thot to your place?
At the end, the hardship to find mates can be a positive thing.
