even a dyel like me can have somewhat visible abs after a few months of bodyweight training. and i'm not even that low of a bf%. abs may be made in the kitchen, but if you don't do any core work at all then you'll just end up with a flat trap stomach. they're the easiest to train because to only have to do a little work for them to become visible with the accompanying bf percentage. any twink could easily get abs from doing exercises in their bedroom for a month.
