Is there a single fictional setting with the thematic and philosophical coherence, and beauty of Tolkien's Legendarium?

Literally the entire mission to destroy the ring depended on secrecy, the eagles would've been spotted from afar and been vulnerable, furthermore the Eagles would've been susceptible to the power of the ring and it very likely would have corrupted them.
Ignoring that, getting caught up on minor apparent plotholes over the rest of the work is the sign of terminal brainletism
