Normies who think 4chan is solely about saying nigger are missing the fact that it's one of the few places left in modern fag-enabler society that maintains a healthy level of elitism and respect for hierarchy.

The normal tendency in any healthy male social group is to exclude outsiders and demand that people show respect for the traditions and standards of the group before joining, and then progressively as they induct further and further into it. What begins as hazing quickly becomes a feeling of belonging and mutual respect. A sense of where one is in the hierarchy is useful because you can either accept it (and respect men with greater talent/investment than you, as most men instinctively do), or strive to overcome it by becoming more like the more talented/invested men.

But these days this principle has been systematically crushed and made invisible, men are no longer aware that this is the source of their greatness, so this natural camaraderie and meritocracy can only develop in the margins of life, like in weird gay little video game modding communities or animu forums. And paradoxically, because gay little communities like this are (taken in aggregate) the source of most excellence in the world, whenever one of these communities achieves a high level of excellence it naturally attracts normie gawkers and dabblers (especially women) who want the fruits of the community without realizing what it cost to build and maintain it in the first place. So not only are these communities already rare and pushed to the fringes, while the normie mainstream circlejerks and promotes "big tent" hyper-acceptance, they are routinely re-absorbed into the normie mainstream and stripped of their vital aspects instead of being allowed to grow further.

Try to find the difference between the average 4chan hobby board and the average reddit or other normie equivalent. The only real difference is that on 4chan there is still a healthy, normal, instinctively male culture of calling people faggots when they fuck up or don't fit in, or when they show disrespect for those who who have put in the time/effort to fit in. Gatekeeping rules.

This is why women destroy everything btw, they turn any given group or community into a primarily "social" affair, with weak faggoty men competing for their approval, so that it loses its original character (whether that was debating philosophy or playing D&D). If you point this out, the weak faggoty men see it as another opportunity to win the women's approval by defending their presence, which causes a recursive spiral of decay. The only safe thing to do is exclude women entirely or force them to maintain anonymity.
