I'm also a classical musician, I can only practice for so many hours a day, read so many hours of books a day before I'm back at it. I do still have my old iphone 4 that I'm using, it has music, a metronome and a tuner on it. His goal's unable to be accomplished.

Van is cheaper & more mobile. I extend the living space with tarps & such. If someone built a housing estate nearby I can just pack up & leave, sell the land etc. I'd probably have a cheap 40ft yacht instead if not this, but that's a whole other set of issues (still interested though, it might happen at some point).

ROOM in the future. Yeah, a sound-proof room with a nice view. But the last part is totally negotiable. How do you think I should go doing this? With what kind of material? Do you think this is possible in a reasonable price? Just think about that, with this kind of thing I'd be able to read any time I wanted without having to wait for the hours of the day with less noise.
