How to reassess your chess by Silman is really good for positional play if you're willing to put in the time. Other than that I guess you could look at compilations of games with commentary, like Tal-Botvinnik.
Assuming you meant E4, which is an actual legal move for white, I'll play E5.

We are now in somewhat strange territory for a chess game. Bc4 is an unorthodox move, although not entirely unprecedented. Black has been playing a very by the book response to most everything so far, opening up diagonals.

An attack on the night is heating up the battle for the middle of the board. White is now playing very aggressively, possibly in an attempt to befuddle black's by-the-book play.

We have another by the book move here by Dave, he's really playing like a machine so far. White is going to have to find an attack here, as his pawn structure is not the best. Look for big sacrifice moves in the center by white and quick kingside rockets by Black.

You're right Dave, sorry about that folks. It looked to me like Black was attempting to initiate a knight exchange and create a central pawn island. White turned down this offer with a strange b3. Black punishes his slip in the middle by claiming a knight for free. We could be witnessing the pivotal moment of this game, folks. White isn't quite on the back foot, but he is no longer on the offensive.
